Three more die from dengue attack
Another person, Rita, 25, died at the Dhaka Medical College (Damak) hospital. Seven patients died of dengue from the hospital in June and July. All five of the patients who died were women.
Rita's home was found in Gazipur on Monday (July 28) at the General ICU of Damek Hospital.
Meanwhile, out of the seven people who died of mosquito bites, six were in July this year.
Assistant Director of DAMAC. Nasiruddin confirmed that Rita was suffering from dengue. He was admitted to the Dhaka on July 23 (Friday). He was transferred to the ICU the next day on July 23 (Saturday) when his condition deteriorated.
Seven people died of Dengue Disease Hospital, five of whom were women, said Dr. Nasir Uddin.
Meanwhile, the patients who died so far in the hospital are - Rabia (1) of Faridpur, Fatima (1) of Azimpur, Nasima (3) of Elephant Road, Kamrangirchar Hafiza (3), Demra Raju (25), Lalbagh Farhad (3) and Sarita Gazipur. 26).
According to hospital sources, a total of 2 thousand 5 people have been admitted to Dengue disease till July this year, out of which only 1,000 were admitted in July. Also in January of this year, three admitted in January, four in March, three in April, eight in May, and five in June. However, in July alone, that number has dropped to 1,000. Two more days of the month, though.
